After checkout opens

Eligible refunds will be returned to the original payment method after order cancellation, failed fulfilment, approved return, or payment verification failure.

Return eligibility

Returned products must be unused, undamaged, and sent back with labels and packaging unless the issue is a confirmed defect or wrong item.

Refund timing

Final refund timelines will depend on Razorpay, banks, and courier return confirmation. The exact production rule will be published before paid launch.
