FOFF collects information customers submit, such as name, email, phone, shipping address, account activity, cart choices, drop interest, and support messages.

Analytics and site data

FOFF may collect basic device, browser, page, product, and shopping-flow data to understand demand, fix issues, measure performance, and improve the storefront.

How data is used

Data is used to operate the storefront, process orders, support customers, manage accounts, prevent abuse, and communicate about requested products or services.

Media and uploads

Standard shopping pages do not require media uploads. If a page asks for a photo or file, that page must state the purpose before submission and the file is used only for that stated shopping or support purpose.

Retention and deletion

FOFF keeps data only as long as needed for storefront operations, legal obligations, dispute handling, fraud prevention, analytics, or customer support. Customers can request access, correction, or deletion through the support contact on the site.
