Cancellations

Eligible orders can be cancelled before dispatch by contacting support with the order details. Orders already packed, dispatched, or marked final sale may not be cancellable.

Return window

Eligible products can be requested for return or exchange within seven days of delivery unless the product page marks a different condition.

Return eligibility

Returned products must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and sent back with tags, labels, and packaging unless the issue is a confirmed defect or wrong item.

Refund method and timing

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method where possible. Timing depends on payment method, bank processing, and courier return confirmation.

Non-returnable situations

FOFF may reject returns for used products, missing tags, damaged packaging, hygiene-sensitive items, incorrect customer details, or requests outside the return window.
